Kali Key Return Policy

  • Product is in brand new condition and has never been used, installed or in any way damaged or marked.
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
  • A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested by contacting customer service at info@kalikey.com.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we receive your original product and review its condition.

Once all above requirements have been met please make sure to provide a copy of your original packing slip, order number and contact information on a piece of paper inside the box and send to:
